Rehabilitation Programs

Whether you are returning from a sports injury, a work related injury, or trying to get back to your feet post-surgery, a rehabilitation program is an essential component of the recovery process. Rehabilitation programs at TTPR are individualized to meet your needs, objectives, and time constraints. Rehabilitation focuses on identifying and addressing the deficits/asymmetries that may have contributed to your injury in the first place, in areas such as range-of-motion, flexibility, strength, activation, balance, stability and neuromuscular control. The goal is then to educate and build confidence in the client to reach pre-injury levels of activity and set new performance goals.

Return to Run Programs

Return to Run Programs are a specialization and expertise of TTPR. In our experience RTR programs post-injuries are often greatly misunderstood, athletes often break down unnecessarily because they don’t have a structured plan that works with your physiology. At TTPR we are always striving to improve our research based knowledge, protocols and be ever evolving. In 2019 we teamed up with some great minds in Eugene, OR with well over 100 years of professional sports medicine experience to develop a FREE Return to Running app. To date, it is only available on iPhone. For a more individualized program please visit TTPR for a consultation. Many thanks to our collaborators David Campbell PT, Stan James MD, Nick Strasser MD, Luke Puskedra, David Tsai MD, and Dan Fitzpatrick MD.

Injury Prevention Programs

Injury Prevention Programs are something we are very passionate about at TTPR. Often we see needless injuries that could have been avoided if a client or athlete were given the tools to prepare their body for the task at hand. No where is this more evident in the youth or developing athlete. We are witnessing a more sedintary population where it is less common for everyone to move in all the ways we are designed to, which can lead to injury. For further information on injury prevention programs for an individual, or teams please contact admin@ttpr.io to see how we can help you.
